Will I receive a written estimate?

Yes! We will assess the problem and quote at the initial visit.

We will not fix the issue until we have spoken with the person in charge (homeowner, land lord, manager, etc.) and the written estimate is signed off on.

Is there a charge for the initial estimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes - there is a small $50 fee for the initial estimate. Once you review the written estimate, this $50 will be applied to your final bill.

The $50 fee will be valid for 30 days.
